Desmond Wright founded AIchemic Solutions on a straightforward belief: organizations in regulated industries deserve enterprise-grade automation at a price and pace that makes sense for them. Most automation vendors require months of onboarding, new software procurement, and six-figure contracts before anything works. Aichemic deploys inside the tools clients already own Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and delivers measurable results inside 30 days.

Before founding AIchemic, Desmond spent five years as a Solutions Engineer , where he designed AI-powered document processing and email management systems that reduced manual processing time by 68% and production errors by 35%. He served as an ISO 13485:2016 auditor for medical device clients, building the compliance expertise that now gives Aichemic a distinct edge in regulated markets. His tools at Fischer were completed and production-ready the decision to pursue automation independently was a deliberate strategic choice, not a gap in execution.

Desmond holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU). Coming from hardware engineering into AI gives him a perspective most software-first builders lack: "I think about failure modes, tolerances, and real-world constraints not just what works in a demo."

His work spans nonprofit scholarship automation serving 300+ FAMU alumni at $3.15/month operating cost; intelligent client onboarding systems for consulting firms; and Aichemic Academy, which brings practical AI literacy education to underserved communities in Atlanta. He is an active mentor with the Black Rhinos Mentoring Program, working with young men ages 12–18, and a featured technical speaker at events including DevFest Atlanta 2025.
